Guyun pays particular attention to the use of high-quality materials in the manufacture of aluminium trusses. The very finely ground aluminium bauxite ore is subjected to the so-called 'Bayer' process to produce pure aluminium oxide. Before it can be processed, it is thoroughly cleaned of foreign material and melted at 950°C together with cryolite, a rare mineral. The high-quality primary aluminium produced in this way is then further processed in accordance with industrial standard EN 1090. Qualified, skilled workers weld the specially produced aluminium to produce the proven Guyun structural components. The high-quality aluminium of the trusses can also be easily recycled.
