Installation:

Step 1: Position the column base plate

First, make sure that the ground of the installation site is flat, and then locate the bottom plate. The distance from the center of the bottom plate to the center of the bottom plate is 15 meters vertically and 5 meters horizontally. Because this tutorial takes a tent with a span of 15 meters as an example, the vertical distance is 15 meters. , the horizontal direction is the length of the tent, which can be extended infinitely in multiples of 5 meters. Note that it must be the center-to-center distance. After determining the positions of the four base plates, then measure whether the diagonal distances are equal. If it is not equal, the position must be readjusted, and it must be a rectangle rather than a parallelogram. After positioning, fix the bottom plate of the column in the corresponding four positions (see the third section of this article for the fixing method: Fixing measures for the tent). In the same way, position and fix the other bottom plates in the length direction.Ours  herringbone roof huge industrial tent   was installed in the same way.

Step 2: Arrange the parts

Connect the column, corner joint, oblique beam section A, oblique beam section B (note that if the span exceeds 14 meters, two oblique beams need to be used), the oblique beam receiving part (for connecting the oblique beam section A and the oblique beam section B, 14 There is no such part below the meter span), the top node is placed, and all the parts form a gable, which is the so-called herringbone frame on the side of the span. Place other gable wall parts according to the same principle, pay attention to be sure to lay flat on the ground in one direction.

Step 3: Connect the A/B section of the inclined beam

Insert the inclined beam section A into the inclined beam adapter of the inclined beam section B (we will assemble the inclined beam adapter to the inclined beam section B when we pack it), and fasten the two screws (Note: the small hole is not installed first. screw)

Step 4: Install the Top Node

Connect the AB section of the connected inclined beam to the top node, bolt it in, and tighten it. If it is the first gear, you have to install the wire flower cable. Install the buckle seat at the end of the wire flower cable without the flower cable on the second hole of the B section of the inclined beam, fasten the screw, and tighten the nut slightly. Be sure to ensure that the buckle seat able to turn freely
Note: When inserting the screws, it should be noted that the screw rods are generally facing the inside of the tent, and the screws of the first gable wall and the second gable wall are opposite to each other, especially the installation direction of the wire flower cable must be relative, only In this way, when the gable is erected, the wire flower cable can be pulled in the opposite direction. Use this method to install all top nodes and AB sections of inclined beams.

Step 5: Install Corner Nodes

Insert the slanted end of the corner joint into the inclined beam section A, and connect the upper end of the column to the straight end of the corner joint, while threading the screw and tightening the nut.
Note: If installing a wire flower cable and a cross bar, install the screw in the upper hole on the slanted end of the corner node and install the screw in the lower hole on the straight end of the corner node. Install other corner nodes in the same way.Our other tents, such as the  outdoor large waterproof tent   ,there are similarities with the installation of marquee tent.

Step 6: Connect the Uprights to the Bottom Plate

Align the holes of the lower plug-in on the upright with the screws connected to the holes on the bottom plate, and tighten the nuts. Connect other upright base plates and uprights in the same way. Note that the entire installation process must be handled with care, and the assembled gable must be padded with wood. When moving the aluminum material, the entire frame must be lifted to avoid the aluminum material and the sand on the ground and other The friction of the item causes scratches on the surface of the aluminum. In addition, you can install the column and the bottom plate first, and then install the column and the corner node, the effect is the same. After assembling all the gables, place ladders (herringbone ladders) next to the bottom plates on both sides of the first gable to install the cross bars after erecting the gables, prepare screws, wrenches and personnel, and lift the cross bars to the uprights next to it for use. To install a tent with a span of 15 meters, it is best to have more than 12 people to cooperate with the installation, and prepare for all the steps to enter the vertical gable.

Step 7: Vertical Gables

All personnel are divided into four teams, two people pull the wire rope, two people stand at the corner nodes, and the others stand at the vertex, lift the gable up, and when it reaches a certain height, the middle personnel run to both sides to help the gable. Continue to lift up. The person pulling the wire rope also pulls the gable up with force.
When the entire gable is erected to 70 degrees, it must stop for a while, and then slowly erect it perpendicular to the ground. At this time, the person pulling the wire rope should stand with a little force to stabilize the top. At the same time, several people have to support the column. Use two people to install the flat iron end of the cross bar onto the lower screw on the upper end of the column and tighten the nut. Attach the other end of the crossbar to the lower hole in the base plate of the adjacent second gable, thread the screw and tighten the nut. It should be noted that the bottom plate must be fixed in advance, otherwise the bottom plate will move when the gable is pulled up. Raise the second gable in the same way and install the other two crossbars. The two gables can be completely let go after the cross bars are installed

Step 8: Install Beams and Purlins

The cross-sectional shape of the beam is house-shaped, and the cross-sectional shape of the purlin is square. The installation method is as follows, with the hook end of the beam or purlin facing upward, and then tilting the hook end at a certain angle to hang the hook end into the U-shaped ear on the corner node or the π-shaped iron on the inclined beam. Use a ladder to slowly lift the straight hook end of the beam/purlin and hang it into the hanging lug of the gable slant beam or corner node on the opposite side of the hook. In general, there are three beams between two gables, one at each end and one on top of the middle, and the purlins increase or decrease according to the size of the span. Hang all the beams and purlins of the first gear. Take the span of 15 meters as an example, you need to hang three beams and four purlins. Then pull the wire rope staggered to the first hole of the corner node, and tighten it. When tightening the wire rope, be sure to fix the wire rope at the upper end of the wire rope to prevent the wire rope from being followed when the wire rope is rotated. rotate. Erect the other gables and install the beams in the same way. Since the middle gable wall is not installed with wire flowers, the top node must be tied with hemp rope to pull and stabilize the gable. Beams and purlins must be installed immediately each time a gable is erected.

Step 9: Install the center support

Connect the center brace to the small hole in the A section of the inclined beam, insert the screw, and tighten the nut. After installing the center support, hang the side beams on the corner nodes and the hanging ears of the center support. Note that when hanging the side beam, it must be installed from the side beam fitting end first. First hang the side beam fitting end into the mounting ear in the corner node, then slowly lift the straight hook end and install it on the hanging bracket above the center support. In the ear, remember not to install the straight hook end first, otherwise the installation will not be successful. As with beams and purlins, you must install from the hooked end first, and then hang the straight hooked end.

Step 10: Install the Cloth Top

Thread the two ends of the cloth top with the drawstrings into the hemp rope, with the drawstrings facing the inside of the tent. Then put the rubber strips on both sides of the top of the cloth into the groove of the inclined beam, throw the other end of the hemp rope from the whole frame of the tent across the opposite side, and then four people pull the hemp rope at the same time, so that the cloth top is along the slope of the inclined beam. The slot is slowly pulled to the opposite side. Remember to pull hard at the same time, otherwise the top of the cloth will get stuck and cannot be pulled. To solve this problem, just pull the top of the cloth back to a certain position and then pull it hard again at the same time. The top of the cloth must be advanced at the same time. Pull the other tops in the same way.

Step 11: Install the Side Triangle

Similar to the installation of the cloth roof, it is necessary to use hemp rope to pull the rope, but when installing the side triangle, someone must stand (with a high ladder) next to the top node to pull the rope. The only difference is that the pull belt of the side triangle is outside. First insert the side triangle into the groove of the inclined beam, and then the person standing in the middle pulls up the hemp rope, and at the same time, the person standing at the corner node needs to help lift the side triangle so that the rubber strip can go up along the groove. When installing the side triangle, you must pay attention to the difference between the left and the right, and do not install it in reverse. After pulling the two side triangles, slowly thread the middle seam tube upward from the place where the rubber strip is cut off at the lower end between the two side triangles (the one with the flat iron in the middle seam tube is facing inward). When threading to the top node, hang the flat iron into the hanging ear of the top node

Step 12: Install the Curtain

Open the curtain, the front (the side with the rope or the cover) is facing outward, and first pass the rubber strip into the grooved place on the top of the column. Then slowly pull up to the top, insert the hanging code into the gap of the milling groove of the beam, pay attention to insert it one by one. Put it down, then pull the curtain to the middle, put the side with the rope behind the side with the canopy ring, and connect the ropes in sequence from top to bottom.
The thirteenth step: install the cloth top pressure rod
Insert the cloth top pressure rod into the cloth top pressure rod sleeve (that is, there are double-layer sleeves at both ends of the cloth top, then put the end pressure iron inside the pressure rod, and thread the rectangular screw into the seamless tube of the corner node. .
Note: The middle of the two cloth tops is connected with a straight iron. This step can also be done before installing the apron.
The last step is to put the curtain rod (1 inch galvanized pipe) into the rod sleeve at the bottom of the curtain to prevent the wind from blowing the curtain.
